Anyone else feeling this struggle?

Fresh grad with zero experience, ₱50K asking salary. Sana okay pa kayo freshies? 😅 Interviewed someone today for an entry-level role. No experience, pero confident sa “₱50K expected salary.” Manifestation? Inflation? Audacity? Not hating, just genuinely curious.. Is this confidence we should admire, or a sign na sobrang disconnected na sa reality?

I’m a manager earning ₱36K. My newly-hired junior gets ₱40K. I found out by accident while printing her COE for a trip, she’s an associate earning ₱40K/month. I just got promoted to manager last year. I earn ₱36K. I have 7 years experience. She has 2. Hindi mawala sa isip ko. I'm bothered. What would you do if you were me?

Mag-interview kayo tapos maggo-ghost? Professionals pa ba kayo nyan? 100+ applications. Seen-zoned after interviews. Wala man lang “sorry, pass” or “sorry, reject.” Late pa minsan sa interview, tapos wala nang follow-up? Sana next time, i-hire niyo muna decency bago maghanap ng “qualified.” We show up. You disappear. How do you handle these people?

Applied to 20+ WFH jobs this week. Still no reply. Is it okay to follow up? 😞 Walang kahit isang reply — ni “seen” wala. Iniisip ko kung okay lang ba mag-follow up, or baka ma-turn off sila. First time ko sa WFH job hunting… normal lang ba ‘to?

“ENTRY-LEVEL” PERO NEED 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE?? AYOS KAYO 😡 Paano naging entry-level kung kailangan mo na ng 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE agad?? Like… anong klaseng logic ‘yan?? Kaka-graduate ko lang pero dapat may work history na parang mid-level? Hindi ba’t dapat chance muna para magka-experience, hindi the other way around?? Ilan sa inyo ang nadisqualify na agad dahil dito?
