"What's your expected salary?" "PHP 35k" "ARE YOU JOKING?!" 💀 Speechless na lang ako. Tinawanan talaga ako sa mukha! Fresh grad daw ako kaya 20k lang daw ang budget nila for me. 6 rounds of interview only to be rejected. 😫 Inubos ko yung tatlong linggo ko sa 6 rounds ng interview. Nag-effort ako sa presentations at puyat, akala ko secured na kasi "strong candidate" daw ako. Tapos 2-minute call lang, rejected agad? Walang matinong feedback! Ganito na ba talaga kalala hiring ngayon? Ilang rounds ba dapat bago sabihing sapat na? Nakaka-drain sobra.

Red flag ba ito? Mali ba na nagtanong lang ako para malinawan? Mali na nga yung pangalan sa offer, pero nung itinama ko, ako pa ang nasabihang “nakakadisappoint.” Parang gaslighting agad 🚩 Hindi pa nga ako nagsisimula pero toxic na ang dating ng environment. Pipirma ka pa ba sa kontrata o “thank you, next” na lang? Tulungan n’yo akong mag-decide 😭
