Fresh grad here. Normal ba sa PH na bawal ang Mental Health Day? I'm so burnt out and tired, but HR says "physical illness only" daw. Red flag ba to or should I just suck it up? Help a newbie out! 😭💀

As an HR here yes common na di accepted ang mental health leave 😔 pero depende parin sa company yan may alam ko na meron sila once a year kaya make sure to know your leaves sa contract and sadly we have to follow the rules

Really depends sa contract niyo din at kung ano allowed sa company niyo, may mental health kami once a year at need gamitin kasi di convertible and may birthday leave din kami kaya grateful sa company na to pero sa past ko wala yung usual 5 SL, 10 VL langs

dapat pwede na mag SL kahit Mental Health ang reason since hindi makakapag focus ng maigi nag brain mo kung nahihirapan mag process ang brain mo, since si brain is the one controlling the whole body. If your brain is not mentally healthy, it will slowly afftecting the body physically, hindi ka zombie na gumagalaw ka lang ng hindi nag iisip. kasi papaano gagalaw nag katawan mo kung hindi gagamitan ng isip...
