May chance pa ba sa 35+ age? Napansin ko sa job postings may mga age limit pa rin kahit illegal na daw yun. Worth it pa bang magsend ng resume kung lampas ka na sa preferred age nila? Curious ako kung paano kayo nakalusot sa ganitong setup.

Cover letter: formality lang ba o useful pa? Sa dami ng ina-applyan ko, minsan di ko na nadadagdagan ng cover letter. Pero sabi nila, malaking plus daw lalo na ngayon na sobrang dami ng applicants. Totoo ba ito sa PH setup?
