Cover letter: formality lang ba o useful pa?
Sa dami ng ina-applyan ko, minsan di ko na nadadagdagan ng cover letter. Pero sabi nila, malaking plus daw lalo na ngayon na sobrang dami ng applicants. Totoo ba ito sa PH setup?

Totoo! Yung ibang recruiters talaga, first impression na agad yung cover letter. Lalo na pag competitive yung role.

Depende rin sa industry. For tech roles, minsan okay na resume lang. Pero sa mga corporate or client-facing jobs, malaking bagay yung well-written cover letter.
