napaka lupit ng age limit sa Philippines. Nakaka frustrate. Samantalang nung nasa ibang bansa ako, kahit 55+ basta kaya pa magtrabaho, nahahire kahit professional pa man or skilled. Pansin ko lang, pataasan ng qualifications standard dito rather sahod. Taz hindi ba sapat yung 12 years experience against 4 years diploma? 😔
