Is it ever possible na during the interview itself, bigla na lang makuha mo yung offer? Meron ba kayong stories about unexpected job offers during or after an interview?

Yes, mostly happen during final interview specially if owner or president/ceo un nakausap mo. You can also ask naman for the copy of the JD para mareview mo if the salary is match. Then ask for a day for your acceptance. Minsan kasi mapressure ka to answer agad ng Yes. Much better to weigh things before accepting instead of saying yes agad.
