Red flag ba ito? Mali ba na nagtanong lang ako para malinawan? Mali na nga yung pangalan sa offer, pero nung itinama ko, ako pa ang nasabihang “nakakadisappoint.” Parang gaslighting agad 🚩 Hindi pa nga ako nagsisimula pero toxic na ang dating ng environment. Pipirma ka pa ba sa kontrata o “thank you, next” na lang? Tulungan n’yo akong mag-decide 😭

Is it normal na ba ngyon na mang "GHOST" Ng applicant? Lalo na if you're applying for a Support roles? Na khit a simple "sorry reject ka" is hndi na kaya gawin? I understand if it takes like 1 week to get an update. Giving the benefit of the doubt, na baka nag interview pa sila ng iba for them to have an options. but 2 weeks or more is unreasonable na. After multiple follow ups, I get nothing. It's so frustrating lalo na if you're know you did your best to pass the process.

Saan kaya pwede mag apply ng call center nonvoice account na hindi kailangan ng with experience? Huhu lahat ng nakikita ko dito puro may qualification na “must have years of experience in BPO settings blah blah chu chu”

gusto ko sana mag call center ,kaso my other side ,di Ako gaanong fluent sa English natatakot Ako na ma reject. sana may call center na more on typing lang sa chat.

The BPO industry is not a dead-end job. A lot of successful professionals started as call center agents. It builds immense patience, communication skills, and thick skin. Use it as a stepping stone.

We’re diligently reviewing all submissions, and I want to reassure you that yours is being considered." normal lang ba matagal ulit sila mag update? baka busy lang sila or madaming volume of applicants. thank you po
