hello, just got invited for an interview in a bpo company for talent acquisition role (im a fresh grad) and it's my first time applying with that role so idk what i should prepare for an interview and what they usually ask? P.S: is there anyone who works in a bpo setting as an hr? i wanna know your thoughts about it (like what are the benefits, work environments, and such).

Hello! First time sa industry here 🙂‍↕️ I'll be starting my internship next Monday and the HR told me to arrive at the office before 7AM (Which is not an issue for me), but I remember during my initial interview, she told me na yung start ng shift ay 10am then ends at 6pm. Ask lang if ganon po ba talaga during 1st day as an intern? ^^
