HINDI KA BURNOUT, KULANG LANG SAHOD MO. Aminin na natin: A lot of "career struggles" disappear kapag commensurate ang sweldo sa stress. Peace is expensive. Ang hirap mahalin ng trabaho kung yung pambayad sa rent, kulang pa. Pretending that passion > money is pure privilege. Wag niyo ko invite sa wellness seminar kung ayaw niyo magbigay ng increase.

From 13k salary sa province to 60k sa Manila REAL QUICK! Nagstart ako 2021 as office staff earning 13k, no benefits, at halos wala ring growth, feeling disney princess lang. Hindi madali but nag-ipon ako para makapag-training sa digital skills. By 2023, lumuwas ako ng Manila, nakapasok sa BPO (20k starting). After 2 years of sleepless nights + rejections, finally nakuha ko Tech role this August with 60k basic. Hindi madali, pero possible 💪

Dear HRs... Why are new hires earning more than tenured employees? Met a fresh grad at work, and after just 6 months, he got regularized. I asked, “Magkano sweldo mo?” He said, “P32k lang."
