IM STUCK! Araw-araw akong nag-a-adjust ng resume, nag-a-apply kahit saan—fast food, warehouse, hindi related sa degree ko. Pero lagi na lang walang sagot. Nakakaubos ng lakas ng loob. Paulit-ulit akong gumigising, umaasa na may tatawag, pero laging wala. Kung may alam kayong paraan, please share—baka ito na yung sagot ko!

Lied about my employment gap year and said I was freelancing even though I was just burnt out. Ngayon hinihingi nila yung contact details ng clients ko for background check. Kinakabahan ako na baka mahuli ako at bawiin yung offer. Pwede ko bang sabihin na signed ako sa NDA kaya bawal ibigay details? Or should I come clean na nagpahinga lang talaga ako? 300K PHP SALARY BUT OFW or 150KPHP SALARY WFH?? Torn between two offers! 🤯 Offer A: Singapore Onsite (~₱300k/mo converted). Offer B: PH Senior Role (₱150k/mo), permanent WFH. Is the 300k worth it kung kakainin lang ng rent (1.5k SGD/room) and cost of living? Or stay sa Pinas na chill lang sa bahay with 150k? Iba parin ba career value pag "Abroad"? Help!

Interviewer turned on their camera but asked me to turn mine on. Ang unfair lang na hindi ko nakikita kausap ko pero sila kitang-kita ako. Nakaka-kaba tuloy kasi hindi ko mabasa facial expressions nila. Is it rude to ask them to turn on their video too? Or hayaan ko na lang kasi sila ang may kailangan sa akin? Sobrang awkward magsalita sa blank screen.

"We decided to move forward with another candidate" email received today after 5 rounds of interviews. Sobrang sakit kasi feeling ko close na kami nung hiring manager. Nag-invest ako ng oras at leave credits para sa kanila. Is it okay to ask for feedback kung bakit hindi ako nakuha? Or magmumukha lang akong bitter? Gusto ko lang malaman kung saan ako nagkulang para ma-improve ko sa next application.
