NGAYON NIYO SABIHIN NA HIRAP KAYO MAGHANAP NG WORK? LOL. 🙄 We opened our doors. Scheduled the interview. Prepared everything. Tapos dahil lang may slight delay, biglang walk out? Ganito na ba talaga ka-fragile ang applicants ngayon? You say mahirap maghanap ng trabaho, but where’s the patience? The professionalism? The hunger for the role? If a few minutes of waiting is too much, what about actual work pressure? Honest question: red flag na ba agad to… or rereplyan ko pa?

I ALMOST CRIED in my interview. Red flag ba to? Grabe, applicant pa lang ako pero hiyang-hiya na ako para sa HR. Isang audio glitch lang, hiningal na sa galit at pinahiya na siya ng foreign employer sa harap ko mismo. Kung ganyan sila ka-toxic sa screen, what more pa sa loob ng company? Should I still pursue? or wag na lang?

nag-backfire 'yung plano ko! 😭 Sinasadya kong tinaasan 'yung asking salary ko (like 2.5x higher!) sa interview. Akala ko aatras na sila at 'di na 'ko kukunin. PERO HINDI! Pumayag sila at super excited na mag-join ako ASAP! Ang problem, ayoko talaga nung work! 😖 Pano ko 'to ire-reject nang 'di masamang tao? Super guilty ko, parang pinaasa ko sila! Tulong!

PHP 45K ONSITE OR 30K WFH? Hirap mag-decide! 😭 Sabi nila, "Choose your poison." Sa 45k, bawi nga sa sahod pero talo naman sa pagod, traffic, at mahal na commute. Sa 30k, maliit tignan pero hawak mo oras mo at tipid sa gastos sa labas. Worth it pa ba 'yung extra 15k kung kapalit naman ay burnout? Saan kayo mas pipila: sa mas malaking pay o sa peace of mind? ✨

I had an interview with an applicant earlier, I asked him “Bakit gusto mong magtrabaho dito sa company?” Sagot niya “Malaki sahod.” Ganun lang. Walang other reasons. Napa-iling na lang ako—seryoso ba ‘to?? Guys, ang daming tips online, gamitin niyo ‘yun. Tandaan, first impression counts.
