Stuck in a boring WFH job—should I stay or leave? I’m 35 (M), and I’ve been in my remote job for 6 years. It’s easy, no stress, and pays P45K/month. But I’m so bored—tasks are repetitive, no growth, and no challenges. My work-life balance is great, but I’m feeling unmotivated. Should I stick it out for stability, or look for something more exciting?

Sa mga VA out there i need a help from you guys. I just found a part time job but this is kinda fishy because all i need to do is ireretype ang ms word document nila into pdf, nakakapagtaka na simula umusbong ang technology eh pwede mo nang isave ang document mo into pdf using one app (MS Word for example). This is why i ask you if this job literally exist or scam lang siya since personal information ang hinihingi. Sana masagot and Stay safe.

KAYA MO BANG IWAN ANG P140K SWELDO PARA SA WFH LIFE? May offer akong fully WFH job for P95k + P5k bonus, pero bababa from my current P140k (kasama na occasional travel at 2x/week na office commute). Kasama sa bawas: taxes, oras sa byahe (2 hours one way!), at stress. Pero eto lang WFH offer ko for now. Sulit ba ang freedom over finances? 🤔 Drop your advice sa comments—need your insights!

hello sino po may mga alam na wfh as VA na tumatanggap ng no experience willing to be trained naman po. please badly need gusto ko na umalis sa work ko na 585 lang sinasahod ko sa isang araw nakakawalang gana na 1yr na ko sa work ko. Di ko maalisan gawa ng may anak ako sinusuportahan at papa ko na bago lang na stroke. :(

Hired and fired in the SAME day?? Nag-apply ako for a remote customer service job, tapos after ng interview ko last Monday, tumawag sila Wednesday na nakuha ko na! Super saya ko! Pumasok ako today, kumpleto lahat ng paperwork, nag-set ng schedule, tapos ready na mag-start. Pero 3 hours after, may message ako na hindi na nila ako itutuloy—dahil daw sa 'lack of experience.' 😳 Ano ba ‘yon? Paano ko pa sasagutin 'to?

Meron po ba tumatanggap dito ng WFH no experience po kami mag-asawa sa larangan VA Etc. Graduate po ako ng electrical engineering may experience na as cadet electrical engineer for 6 months and 5 months as Electrical Supervisor sa Herma Shipyard balak ko po mag WFH para mas matutukan namin anak namin. Yung asawa ko naman is Graduate ng BA in Communication Major in performing arts no experience kasi kakagraduate lang ng 2024. Please respect my post, thank you!

Hala! Nakaka-burnout pala ang full remote setup?! Ang saya ko nung una sa WFH, pero parang hindi na ako natatapos magtrabaho. Walang clear boundary ang work at life, tapos parang lagi akong online kasi nasa bahay lang naman ako. Any tips kung paano mag-set ng limits para hindi ma-burnout?
