I just wanna rant. kkpagod mag job hunting pero kailangan mabuhay. 5yrs na ako sa architecture and interior design industry pero nkkasad na ang baba ng sahod dito satin. ganda lng pakinggan pero ang baba ng sahod. passion ko ito pero gusto ko na mag shift ng career kasi di nmn kmi mayaman. grabe frustrations ko kasi sa dami requirements at high standard ng mga design firm pero offer sayo nasa 20k to 25k lang. kht licensed at may experience kna 😭😭

Looking for Spanish Bilingual Jobs. I am in the industry of Banking and Finance (10 years) pero gusto ko na magshift. Ang hirap pala makahanap kapag walang BPO experience and hindi graveyard shift. Gusto ko sana magamit ang pinag aralang kong language dahil ito din ang passion ko. Feeling hopeless

Pinush ako ng company na mag-enroll sa training program nila para ma-promote. So, syempre, ginawa ko! Nag-aral, nagpuyat, at natapos ko yung certification. Pero nung nag-follow up ako sa promotion, biglang sinabi ng HR na hindi raw ako qualified at kesyo nagsinungaling daw ako sa application ko. Ang ending? Suspended ako! Grabe, ganito pala ang reward sa effort at tiwala mo sa kanila?

I am a Registered Pharmacist and I am on my second job experience already yet I still feel stressed and somehow unhappy. Although my working hours is flexible like I can go to and leave work anytime as long as I completed 8 hours. But as what I have said, I feel stressed and unhappy. I am planning to switch career because I want to make the most of my time to my son as a first time mom but I am anxious because I think it’s hard to find wfh jobs just because I have no ideas relating those ☹️
