Hello! Manager here po, mag 3 months na po. Ito ang first manager position ko po. Normal lang po ba na sa corporate na 2 ang manager? Store Manager for promoters and may Manager for dealer na may hawak naman sa cashier? Naguguluhan kasi ako sa role ko sa store, like hindi ko pwedi basta pagsabihan ang cashier nila, hindi ako pwedi sa counter at hindi ako pwedi sa stock room. Sorry, or normal lang po yun ganito? Your thoughts? ❤️

PARA SA MGA INTERNS HERE, here's an advice: Treat your internship like a 12-week interview, like you're already on probation for that full-time job! As a manager of interns, I observe them to see if they fit in and whether they had potential to succeed as a full timer. Show a lot of desire to want to be there. Proactively meet your manager to discuss progress, prepare questions. Value add with any refreshing ideas you have. You might secure yourself your first job by the end of it! Good luck!

I just wanna rant. kkpagod mag job hunting pero kailangan mabuhay. 5yrs na ako sa architecture and interior design industry pero nkkasad na ang baba ng sahod dito satin. ganda lng pakinggan pero ang baba ng sahod. passion ko ito pero gusto ko na mag shift ng career kasi di nmn kmi mayaman. grabe frustrations ko kasi sa dami requirements at high standard ng mga design firm pero offer sayo nasa 20k to 25k lang. kht licensed at may experience kna 😭😭

Nasira mindset ko about employement dahil sa previous company ko. i work very hard as a supervisor, i extend my effort beyond my job discription, i tried to be a part of solution not just to the plant na hinahawakan ko but also sa region. unfortunitely subrang dami ng mga top position na walang paki alam sa effort mo. puro mali lang ang pinupuna sa iyo, sabayan pa ng mga rank in file na mga subrang demanding nag huhusga base on what they saw lang.

Help!! What should I do? Gustong-gusto ko na magresign kasi hindi na talaga kaya umabot ng Dec. Kaya lang may planned out of the country kasi kami and paid na lahat. Ang worry ko lang since 60days ang notice period once magsend ako today mahohold na yung sahod ko 😭

Looking for Spanish Bilingual Jobs. I am in the industry of Banking and Finance (10 years) pero gusto ko na magshift. Ang hirap pala makahanap kapag walang BPO experience and hindi graveyard shift. Gusto ko sana magamit ang pinag aralang kong language dahil ito din ang passion ko. Feeling hopeless
