Hi everyone! Gusto ko lang i-share yung struggle ko sa pag-upskill. Parang ang dami kong gustong matutunan pero wala talaga akong time. 🤦♀️ Naging barista ako for years and now I'm a Customer Service Manager. Gusto ko talagang magshift sa digital marketing kasi sobrang promising ng career path na ‘to, pero hindi ko alam paano ako magsisimula. Sobrang overwhelming! Anyone here who made the leap? Any tips kung paano i-juggle ang work at learning? 😅 Comment naman kayo, need ko ng advice!

Hi! Na-experience ko rin ‘yang feeling na sobrang overwhelming. One step at a time lang. You can start by taking short, online courses during your free time, like weekends or kahit lunch breaks. Maraming free resources online na comprehensive na! If you’re serious about digital marketing, check out Jobstreet for job postings and see the skills required. This will help guide your learning path. Stay motivated, kaya mo yan! 💪

Kaya mo ‘yan! I started with free online courses and webinars. Set aside 30 mins a day, kahit during your commute or lunch break. It adds up over time!

Welcome to the world of upskilling! 😊 Start small. Focus on one aspect of digital marketing muna, like social media management or SEO. Many find it easier to learn when they break it down into smaller pieces.

I feel you! The key is time management. Kahit 15-30 minutes a day dedicated to learning can make a big difference. Join communities or forums para may support system ka. You got this! 🌟

High five, Liza! Freelancing has changed my life as well. From struggling financially to having the flexibility to choose my projects—what a ride! 🚀

Hey there! I totally get you. Try setting micro-goals for yourself. Example, this week focus ka muna sa basics of SEO. Next week, move on to social media management. Slowly but surely! 😊

Google has a digital marketing professional certificate in Coursera. Libre lang if you will apply for financial aid in every course na kasama sa program.
Pero like mentioned by everyone here, the key is time management. If hindi kaya everyday, try to make a time for it on weekends, kahit isang oras lang. It surely counts.

If you are willing to spend, i highly suggest na mag enroll ka sa short course. You can learn freely online pero mas mapupush mo sarili mo to learn and attend class kapag interactive learning.
