ANO KAYA’NG FEELING NG MAY 100K SAHOD? 🥲 Yung di mo na kailangang manghiram bago mag-cutoff. Yung di ka na nanginginig pag may tumawag from “unknown number” kasi baka tagasingil ng utang. Yung may extra ka pang pang-spa or pambili ng bagay na gusto mo lang, hindi yung dahil kailangan. Grabe. Ano kaya feeling nun no? 🥹

Ang hirap mag apply ng trabaho sa Ilegal kesa sa legal. Almost 2months na along nag apply. Nakakapagod na pumunta sa mga Interview tapos kapag final interview na sasabihin lang is tatawagan nalang pero walang natawag. Grabe yubg standard sa Pinas akala mo sobrang taas ng pasahod!!

may mga employer na nag popost ng hiring pero walang salary range or bracket. syempre mag aaply ako kasi pasok naman sa requirements at qualifications. during initial interview na mentioned na yung salary expectations pero pag dating ng final interview sasabihin hindi nila kaya ibigay yung salary expectation. sayang lang yung oras parehas. parang gusto nila on the spot kung gusto ko edi good, pag hindi edi next candidate na lang.

Bakit may ‘provincial rate’ pa rin ngayon? 😔 Kailangan ba talagang mamili sa sahod or pamilya? Ang tagal ko nang gustong umuwi.. miss ko na pamilya ko, sila yung lakas ko. Hirap na ko dito talaga sa pag-commute sa Manila. Pero bakit pag sa probinsya ka magtatrabaho, parang automatic mababa sweldo kahit mataas ang position at experience mo? Ganon na lang ba lagi?

Is it really me or does the job market sucks these days? Bakit prang nsa early 2000s ang job offer ngaun? Anung nangyayare? At bakit multiple roles ang nsa job description tpos ang offer eh pnka mababang role? Have they heard of inflation? Are Filipinos really this desperate to accept low ball offer? And Do Employers know Filipinos have also the right to live comfortably and not miss any payments? I am so surprised and saddened by all these 😩 Seriously!

Hi, I’ve been working for this company na for almost a year already. Ever since I started my work dun sa company napansin ko na they’ve been given me task more than that I am earning. (underpaid but overworked.) I just wanna ask if pano ko ba mababago yung sitwasyon ko? How can I verbally demand for an increase ng di gaano demanding? Should I look for other company na ba? I am an introvert and di sanay mag demand kaya please, I really need your advice. Thanks!

Do you need tips for salary negotiation? Sa 10 years ko sa HR, ang dami ko nang nakita—may nakakuha ng malaking increase, may na-reject kakapilit. Gusto mo ng higher offer? Wag agad tanggapin! Alamin mo market rate mo, sabihin mong may ibang companies na interested (kahit wala, hehe). 😆 Pero ingat, ‘pag sobra taas, baka sabihin nilang, “Next applicant na lang.” Let me know if you have more questions!
