Do you need tips for salary negotiation? Sa 10 years ko sa HR, ang dami ko nang nakita—may nakakuha ng malaking increase, may na-reject kakapilit. Gusto mo ng higher offer? Wag agad tanggapin! Alamin mo market rate mo, sabihin mong may ibang companies na interested (kahit wala, hehe). 😆 Pero ingat, ‘pag sobra taas, baka sabihin nilang, “Next applicant na lang.” Let me know if you have more questions!

JOB HOPPING = HIGHER SALARY 😏 Sino nagsabi na dapat stick ka sa isang company for years? Yung mga boss na ayaw kang taasan ng sahod! 😂 Ako? Dalawang beses ako nag-resign sa isang taon, at yung sweldo ko from ₱18k naging ₱35k. Walang nagtanong sa interview na “bakit ka umalis?”—kasi alam nilang underpaid ako! Kung may better opportunity, go grab it! Do you guys agree?

3 years walang raise. Nag-resign ako, biglang may counter-offer?! 🤡 For months, I asked for a raise, walang sagot. Pero nung paalis na ako, aba, biglang generous?! Lol. Too late, secured na ‘yung bagong work ko, 35K starting salary, better benefits, at no weekend work! Anyone else na biglang naging “valuable” after resigning? 😂

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 35,000 Role: Human Resources Officer 3 years na ako sa HR, pero same salary parin! Lahat ng tasks ko, dagdag, pero salary ko hindi umaangat. Question: Should I ask for a raise or leave and find a company that compensates better? Kasi parang hindi ko na kaya maghintay pa! 😩

40k/Month + Perks: Fair deal or TOO LOW? HR officer here, we hired a team lead for ₱40k/month (almost double ng dati niyang admin job salary). Hybrid setup, flexible hours, health insurance, at may paid time off pa. Sobrang saya niya sa offer, pero sabi ng iba, parang kulang daw? Based sa market rates, competitive naman for a team lead role, pero now napapaisip ako—mali ba ang benchmark namin or iba lang talaga expectations? Thoughts?
