may mga employer na nag popost ng hiring pero walang salary range or bracket. syempre mag aaply ako kasi pasok naman sa requirements at qualifications. during initial interview na mentioned na yung salary expectations pero pag dating ng final interview sasabihin hindi nila kaya ibigay yung salary expectation. sayang lang yung oras parehas. parang gusto nila on the spot kung gusto ko edi good, pag hindi edi next candidate na lang.
