Bakit parang sobrang stressful ang buhay ng isang software engineer? Parang never-ending deadlines at bug fixes. Nakaka-burnout minsan. Sa mga senior engineers, paano niyo na-maintain ang work-life balance niyo? Kailangan ko ng advice para hindi ako tuluyang mapagod.

Has anyone here experienced na na ghost ng interviewing company? I've already taken their technical exam, HR interview, Cultural Interview, then the Final Interview. But after that, I no longer receive any updates from them. It's already 5 days since my last interview. I want to ask them for an update regarding my application status but hesitated not to, kasi ayaw kong mag mukhang desperado (even though I am so desperate to have a job right now). Please advise po.
