Store Manager
Hello! Manager here po, mag 3 months na po. Ito ang first manager position ko po.
Normal lang po ba na sa corporate na 2 ang manager? Store Manager for promoters and may Manager for dealer na may hawak naman sa cashier?
Naguguluhan kasi ako sa role ko sa store, like hindi ko pwedi basta pagsabihan ang cashier nila, hindi ako pwedi sa counter at hindi ako pwedi sa stock room.
Sorry, or normal lang po yun ganito? Your thoughts? ❤️

Yes normal na maraming managers kung maraming hinahandle na mga tao din kung magulo yung instructions double check mo lang job description or mas better to ask your HR ano pinaka main task mo at sino mga under mo para clear lahat
