NGAYON NIYO SABIHIN NA HIRAP KAYO MAGHANAP NG WORK? LOL. 🙄
We opened our doors. Scheduled the interview. Prepared everything. Tapos dahil lang may slight delay, biglang walk out?
Ganito na ba talaga ka-fragile ang applicants ngayon?
You say mahirap maghanap ng trabaho, but where’s the patience? The professionalism? The hunger for the role?
If a few minutes of waiting is too much, what about actual work pressure?
Honest question: red flag na ba agad to… or rereplyan ko pa?

Ang daming tanong ng post mo, pero sagutin mo muna kung bakit hindi ka on time sa scheduled interview na ikaw mismo ang nag-set? 👀 Hindi niyo pagmamay-ari ang mga applicants. May sarili rin silang buhay at oras na hindi dapat sinasayang, lalo na hindi naman bayad ang interview. Kung interview pa lang sobrang demanding na, paano pa kaya sa actual work diyan? 🤣

tama ba pagka basa ko, the interview is 7:30 am tapos nag reply lang si HR ng 11:20? Ang aga na nga ng interview may preparation time pa yun tapos masasayang lang sa waiting time porke may come up meaning di niyo priority si applicant kaya nice Gela you dodge a bullet there!

I have experience this many times, sign na aalis ako pag walang any update bakit delay ang interview at sobrang tagal sometimes inaabot pa ng half day kaka antay at nakakasira ng plan mo kasi may other interview ka pa kaya the red flag here is you HR

napaka unprofessional mo naman kasi, 7:30 pala schedule ng meeting nyo eh, nag hintay sya hanggang 8:45, tapos gusto mo 11:20 online padin sya at nag hihintay sa iyo. tapos nandito ka para mag post na feeling mo eh ikaw pa ang tama!
