PHP 45K ONSITE OR 30K WFH? Hirap mag-decide! 😭 Sabi nila, "Choose your poison." Sa 45k, bawi nga sa sahod pero talo naman sa pagod, traffic, at mahal na commute. Sa 30k, maliit tignan pero hawak mo oras mo at tipid sa gastos sa labas. Worth it pa ba 'yung extra 15k kung kapalit naman ay burnout? Saan kayo mas pipila: sa mas malaking pay o sa peace of mind? ✨

I absolutely would pay no mind sa difference ng sahod. Whichever option gives me more time to relax and not think about all the hassle, dun ako.
On second thought, you can prolly use that 15k gap and look for a not-too-fancy apartment closeby, if possible walking distance lang sana, kung saan mang site yung work mo. That way, you no longer have to travel far.

not worth it, sa inet ng pahon tapos pahirapan pa sa commute dahil sa gas mas lumala ngayon mag onsite kaya depende parin naman yan sayo OP pero try mo bumiyahe one time for sure aayaw ka 😂

Hello! Check mo rin if gano kalayo yung office sa bahay nyo. If di naman ganun kahirap ang commute, maybe you can consider the onsite job. Also if maganda yung company and may opportunity to grow.

ang catch panu kung maulan tas onsite ka sa work naku basang basa ka at nakikipagpatintero kapa sa mga sasakyan sa hirap sumakay. at pagmasama pakiramdam mo hirap pumasok. Sa work from home nman wala kang hinahabol na time kahit 7am ang pasok mo gigising ka ng 6am para magprepare ayos lng. mas madalas ka lang tamadin kasi nasa bahay ka lang. considering health and convenience dito ako sa wfh. wag ka manghinayang sa 15k difference kung later on burn out ka nman. pray for it. ask Godl
