hello, just got invited for an interview in a bpo company for talent acquisition role (im a fresh grad) and it's my first time applying with that role so idk what i should prepare for an interview and what they usually ask?
P.S: is there anyone who works in a bpo setting as an hr? i wanna know your thoughts about it (like what are the benefits, work environments, and such).
