welcome to pelepens, 30k and above is for managerial role na dito that requires 5 years of experience napaka lowball talaga at justified naman pag dedemand mo kung may skills ka na worth it nun pero swertihan din makahanap ng company willing mag offer ng malaki for entry levels dito

They said my salary expectation was already at a manager level, and that executive assistant or admin roles typically offer less than what I’m asking. However, that was my previous salary, and I left that role due to a toxic work environment. They also mentioned they’re hiring multiple candidates, and if there’s no update by Friday, it means they’ve moved forward with another candidate.
