6 rounds of interview only to be rejected. 😫 Inubos ko yung tatlong linggo ko sa 6 rounds ng interview. Nag-effort ako sa presentations at puyat, akala ko secured na kasi "strong candidate" daw ako. Tapos 2-minute call lang, rejected agad? Walang matinong feedback! Ganito na ba talaga kalala hiring ngayon? Ilang rounds ba dapat bago sabihing sapat na? Nakaka-drain sobra.

6 rounds?! Parang grabe naman CEO position ba yan pero anyway pag ganyan inabot ng up to 3 rounds sinusukuan ko na kasi ang haba ng process at di na siya worth it for me unlike sa iba mabilis at maayos process

for me or usually is initial interview > manager interview > president interview (for formality) kasi di naman papa-meet sayo yung president kung di ka tanggap kaya usually 3 stages lang dapat yan

ify, I've been applying for like three weeks now. kapag ang offer ng company is 30k plus, expect na sobrang haba at daming process ng hiring. ang hirap ngayon pasukin ng mga companies compare dati na malilito ka na lang kung sino at saan na company ang tatanggapin mo. I have over 5 years experience at one month nang unemployed. nakadrain super.
