Hays. Ako lang ba ung 30s na hirap na hirap humanap ng work ngayon? I've been in Five star Hotel, Manning agency, Call center and yet lagi not selected by employer sa 1 month ko pag aapply sa Jobstreet and Indeed. Dahil ba talaga sa age? Why don't they try to look sa work experiences? They are looking for young and yet lack of experiences. Ayaw nila sa marami work experiences clerical works, admin works, customer service. Decline agad pag 30s na. Sabagay. What country is this? Philippines 🙄
