Bakit parang hindi napapansin ang efforts ng admin staff? Minsan nakakapagod dahil ang dami mong ginagawa pero parang di naman napapansin ng ibang departments. Paano niyo kaya pinapaalam sa team or boss niyo yung value ng work niyo without sounding too boastful? I need advice on this.
