Nasa kwarto ka nga, pero mentally, parang hindi ka talaga “umuwi.” May days na gusto ko na mag-backout, pero sayang naman! How do you guys survive this setup? Any life-saving tips to not lose it?!

I wonder what your work is kung VA try to cut back some clients pero check mo din contract mo and mag work ka lang according sa work schedule mo wag mo na gawin ibang tasks kung di na working hours gawin mo nalang yun the next day, mas ok WFH sa totoo lang at baka na overwhelm ka lang kasi first job mo din pero take your time lang at magagamay mo din yan ganyan talaga sa first work

siguro depende sa work mo. Kasi Ako WFH Ako for 3 years pero Masaya Ako. mas marami akong time sa anak ko, mas madami akong magagawa , mas nakakapahinga Ako at higit sa lahat kompleto lagi tulog ko unlike na ka onsite Ako.

Been with wfh set up for almost 4 years? And for me, never install teams, slack, outlook or any work-related stuff sa phone mo. Laging nasa mindset ko na trabahong 8hours lang. after work, nasa isip ko na yung right to disconnect like no work related kineme na talaga. And it works for me naman hehe.

It's ok to turn off some notifications, i-on mo lang sa mga boss mo / reporting heads tapos gawa ka schedule after work na need mo tapusin tom. para alam mo ano need unahin try ka din ng mga apps to schedule all of your tasks also mag alarm ka pag break times mo at pag tapos na shift mo kasi importanteng mag pahinga din, many goodluck sa first work mo!

if your shift is done, refrain from answering the queries (email or chats) indicate your shift hours and set your out of office status. you should be the one to set your work life balance otherwise it will eat you alive.

chill talaga WFH trust me compare sa onsite at ganyan din ako sa first work kong WFH at kahit anong setup pa yan basta first time mo sa work kahit may experience ka pa is over whelming yung feeling kasi mangangapa ka pa ganun kaya pag nasasanay ka na gawa ka schedule mo kung ano mga need tapusin agad para di mo pag sabay sabayin lahat since di mo rin yan matatapos in a day naman, kalma ka lang kaya mo yan
