Hi, Ms. Judy. I graduated last July 2024, nag pahinga until December. January 2025 nag start na ko mag job hunting until now, going 4 months na. Naka ilang interview and rejections na rin pero wala pading work. Nagkaron ng offer pero sobrang baba ng sahod and hindi ko kinuha. Ayoko talaga umabot ng 1 year na unemployed ako before makahanap ng work and hindi ko talaga gusto mag BPO. Hindi ko rin target ngayon maghanap ng work sa Makati, max ko na ang Pasay kasi from Cavite pa ako. Any advice po?

Hello, Ms. Judy! I'm planning to resign po sa previous company ko, and currently naghahanap po ng malilipatang company. But this time I prefer doing office jobs than working sa manufacturing setup. May enough skills po ako pero I'm not sure if enough po yun para matatanggap ako since there's a shift sa career na gusto ko nang tahakin ngayon. I'm asking for your advice about this po since I really really want to leave the manufacturing setup na :( Thank you so much po.

Hello, Ms. Judy. I graduated last July 2024, Nag start po ako mag job hunting from November 2024 until now. It's already 9 months of my unemployment. I already have several rejections among the interviews that I attended on both onsite and online interviews. Pero I my preferred work locations are in Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong or Pasig kasi taga cavite ako. I cannot considered in applying a call center/bpo. I'm applying for a Graphic Artist/Designer/specialist. Any advice po? Let me know po.

I'm a fresh Graduate of Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management, I have 7 months Experience as Fast food crew way back 2019. This Yr I graduated and I'm a bit confused on how will I look for Jobs, I already planned ahead that I would love to work again at Fast food industry as Service Crew since Yun ang Observation ko before applying managerial position, and My peers are always bothering me with answers that " nakakapagod Dyan, sa office nalang". thank you..

Hi Miss, graduate ako ng Marketing, work exp ko ay clerical sa Hospital, during my Internship naman part ng HR, last 2024 ng Oct. nag take ako ng CHRP and malaki nagastos ko nasa 20k, gusto ko mag iba ng path sa work like Facets sa HR, I’ve been hunting as HR Asst lang for exp since Oct until now April, pero rejected sya, ayaw ko nman palagan ung 12k a month sa HR, as a consultant po may chance ba ako makuha ng HR? CHRP Cert meron ako. Thanks.

Insurance Commercial Lines Representative
I have one year experience as a customer service in an insurance company. I am fluent in English and has a HSK4 proficiency in Chinese currently pursuing HSK 5. This means that I can handle casual conversation in Chinese but I still have unstable footing. I have no idea what my next steps will be but im looking for opportunities to both use and improve my Chinese skills. Most comp ive checked either needs years of exp/Native level in Chinese. Please advise where I could start. Thank u so much!
