Fresh Grad, No Experience—But Asking for 35K?! Justified? How about if almost 1 year experience (3 months intern + 6 months sa family business).

Miss, I believe you have your boss (hiring manager) to decide. Endorse the application and let your boss decide. At least your boss can evaluate you how good are you to validate application from a new applicant.

i wonder ano type ng family business, store ba or company or office setting kaya depende din kasi yan & yes malaki 35k for fresh grad pero since may accumulated experience narin siya i think counted pero malaki parin to ask for a 35k unless sa malaking company siya mag try

I think if you (the HR) are not responsible for the final salary decision, then dont judge the applicant sa asking nya. Ang magjudgr nyan kung sino ung naatasan about employee salary. Kaya madaming talent ang nasasayang dahil jan sa “what’s your expected salary?” Na yan. What if sbhin nyo na agad na.. this position’s salary is this. Are you okay with this? Ganon para parehong di sayang ang time. If negotiable naman sabhin na still negotiable.

1. Did the applicant passed the interview, technical exam, hands-on exam, and final interview w/ flying colors? He/she might be the right one to get the job even it's a fresh grad. It's not about their current position, it's about the skills he/she trying to sell to the company. 2. Are you a person who's trying to collect informations on how to handle applicants process by process and use this kind of information to run as middleman (aka Agency) pretending that you worked on this company?

If directly related yung intern and family business experience sa role na inapplayan mo then your salary expectation can be justified.
