Hired and fired in the SAME day?? Nag-apply ako for a remote customer service job, tapos after ng interview ko last Monday, tumawag sila Wednesday na nakuha ko na! Super saya ko! Pumasok ako today, kumpleto lahat ng paperwork, nag-set ng schedule, tapos ready na mag-start. Pero 3 hours after, may message ako na hindi na nila ako itutuloy—dahil daw sa 'lack of experience.' 😳

Gulo naman diyan but did you sign a contract? Kung may contract then bawal ka tangalin basta2, try to reach out na natangap ka parin at nag asikaso ka na ng requirements kamo baka nagkamali din sila sa part nila

same issue I had with Afni. I passed the interviews and assessment and has received the contract via email. then I went there to submit my signed contract then suddenly, that girl with weird hair color talked to me telling me that I did not pass the interview, then I asked her how? I did not answer directly daw. like what the hell, you wasted my time and energy only to know that I did not pass the interview? then I was forced to take an offer for a non voice account, but I did not pass.
