Stuck in a boring WFH job—should I stay or leave? I’m 35 (M), and I’ve been in my remote job for 6 years. It’s easy, no stress, and pays P45K/month. But I’m so bored—tasks are repetitive, no growth, and no challenges. My work-life balance is great, but I’m feeling unmotivated.
