Hello, I’m currently working in Parañaque and this is my first job as a fresh graduate (Magna Cum Laude). My monthly salary is ₱17,000 with free accommodation, but no other benefits. After four months, I’m considering resigning due to unclear management systems, lack of role clarity, and tasks outside my PMO Junior Engineer role. I’m concerned that the compensation, workload, and limited growth opportunities may affect my long-term career. I’d appreciate advice on how to handle this professional

Just submit a formal resignation and resign accordingly to their policies that way you can leave without any worries also if you're planning to resign i advice to get a new work first bec. it takes time to look for a new work and just explain to your new work that you just have to render for 30 days from your current work, hope this helps
