HR/Finance assistant
Is this acceptable.
Applied as office staff. Nag resign yung HR/Finance manager. Then lahat ng task isa pinasa sakin with a promise na raise would be half of the salary if maghahire ng bago. However di nangyari. 1500 lang tinaas. I become one man department. Even if di managerial position ko. Kasi di napromote. Now I resigned kasi after three years, raise ko is 270 pesos lang. tapos malaman ko after I resigned. Lahat ng task ko hawak na ng tatlong bago na office staff.
I feel so disappointed.

hayss, hindi yan acceptable at madalas din mga company magtipid ng tao kaya buti naka alis ka na diyan at sana mapunta ka na sa better company
