I was given a "Lead" title recently, meaning more meetings and more stress, pero sabi ng HR, "horizontal move" lang daw ito kaya walang salary bump. Is this a scam to get more work for free? Sabi nila, "good for the resume" daw, pero hindi naman pwedeng pambayad ng Grab ang resume. Should I accept the title and wait for a year, or use the new title to apply for a higher-paying job elsewhere agad?
