Fresh grad ako, offered 30k base pay (Entry-Level Engr). Maganda benefits at technically dream job ko rin. During interview, sabi ko expected ko is 29k+. Di pa ako board passer since di pa ako nagtake ng boards. Nung inofferan ako, okay naman sakin yung 30k. Pero looking back, di ako nakapag-bargain or kahit nag-request ng increase. Reasonable na siya, pero dapat ba nag-negotiate ako? I think i could have increased it pa. Paano dapat? Di ko na babaguhin now, pero for future ref lang.
