Share kayooo paano niyo sasagutin 'yung question ng interviewer na "Why should we NOT hire you?" kasi parang mali yung sagot ko na overconfident ako sa skills ko! Help.

Simpleng sagot (Real Talk): Naghahanap po kayo ng employee para sa ganitong position kaya nag apply ako sa inyo dahil base sa skills na hinahanap nyo ay meron ako.
Maging totoo ka lang sa sarili mo.
Naalala ko pa tanong sakin nung fresh grad pa ako.
"We're looking for an experienced person to handle this job."
And I answered: "I can only have that experience on that said position if you hired me."
Next day, HR called me through phone call and said: "Congratulations! You are hired."

ako i hesitate to deligate tasks to others i tend to work on my own but reaching out for help is necessary to be efficient since communication & teamwork is important, ganyan usually sinasagot ko parang scripted na hehe

wala namang mali sa sagot mo pero make sure pag may sagot ka may backup ka sa sagot mo for example usually sagutan ko diyan "I tend to be a perfectionist sometimes where i focus on a project one at a time but i find that it's important to find the right balance of quality and efficiency" parang ganyan yung negative about sayo na wag masyadong nega tapos dapat may solution ka din sa sagot mo just to make sure di siya maka affect sa work quality mo ganun
