Kakagraduate ko lang ng Marketing (with honors pa!) pero struggle maghanap ng work. Kayo ba, paano niyo nahanap yung first job niyo?
Kahit entry-level, basta okay yung sahod at maayos yung working environment. Super grateful for any tips or advice! Salamat, guys! 🙏

Naalala ko nung Fresh grad ko mga 6 months bago ako ngkawork... ilang interviews sinalangan ko tlaga nmang nakakarebyos...
ang ginawa ko, adjust ng resume, highlihhts ung OJT at anong ginawa ko dun at natutunan gawin. then skills, example Photoshop.. highlight Trainings attended lalo n kung my kinalaman s Inaaplyan mo, example Customer Service Seminar para s sales and marketing.

Honors doesn't really matter sa corporate world. Build on your transferrable skills and your current skill and how you sell yourself sa interview talaga. Even experienced people struggle to land a job (for real). Practice, review and prepare talaga. Goodluck!
