Help! Paano sagutin yung "What is your expected salary?" nang hindi luge? Ayaw ko kasing masabihan na masyadong mataas ang hinihingi, pero ayaw ko rin namang ma-lowball. May website ba o tool na pwede kong gamitin para malaman ang market rate para sa position ko? First time ko kasing aattend ng final interview at ito talaga ang pinaka-kinatatakutan kong tanong.
