How does applying for govt. requirements (TIN, PhilHealth, etc) work? As someone na fresh grad, I was very confused na need daw muna nang ongoing work bago mag apply for these reqs, but apparently dapat may requirements ka na before applying for a job??

how do i find a job?
i think i am utterly useless
i did graduate but i dont think i am also capable of doing much and i cant speak filipino as well even tho i was born in it.
