12K/month for full-time work? Okay lang ba to?
₱12,000/month.
Full-time ha: 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.
Walang allowance, walang benefits. Parang luging-lugi. 😩
Ganito ba talaga simula sa corporate world? Worth it ba for experience, o red flag na agad?

12K for a fresh graduate in 2025 isn’t reasonable and outright inhumane. In 2015, when I joined the workforce, the sales and marketing (staff) starting salary was around 15-16k, depending on the company, of course. I’m not in the sales and marketing department, though, so my starting salary was definitely higher than the normal rate, but yeah, 12K is just BS in today’s economy.

Dahil kailangan mo munang matuto sa Real World Work Experience para maging Expert or Bihasa ka.
