Shoutout sa company na nag-offer sakin ng 15k. LOL. 🤭 Multimillion company kayo pero yung offer niyo sa fresh grad.. pang-intern allowance lang? Ang lala ha. Sa mahal ng bilihin ngayon, kulang pa yan sa transpo at iced coffee ko for the month. Tapos required pa mag RTO sa Ortigas? Baka naman pwedeng gawing makatao ang offer sa 2026? Kahit 35k man lang sana diba???

15k is not intern allowance that's a common salary dito sa PH and ang OA ng 30k asking for a fresh grad tapos dito ka pa sa PH nag-a-apply isang malaking goodluck nalang siguro best option mo is to go abroad para mabili mo din mga gusto mo

personally wala ako problema pag maliit lg ang salary offer for fresh graduate, 15k looks decent enough for starters. aim ko talaga na mag grow muna sa field na papasukan ko, ang problema lang dito is yung qualifications hindi nag match sa salary offer. di na nga kalakihang sahod, pang miss universe pa ang qualifications

15k minimum wage/salary dito sa Pinas. As you mentioned, you are starting pa lang, intern. 30+k is for experienced or manager qualifications. Maghihintay ka at aasa ka lang. Resulta niyan matatagalan ka at matatambay ka pa. Kung gusto mo ng 20+k offering the most feasible nowadays ay BPO. BPO kase ang staple job dito sa Pinas, aside from competitive package they also have pleasing benefits din naman. I'm not promoting BPO industry ah struggle nga din ako umalis kesa naman walang trabaho.
