Magaling sana sa interview, kaso asking is ₱30k?! Kaloka, she's a fresh grad, and her only experience was OJT lang for 3 months?? Not even corporate experience! Sabi ko, "Our budget is max 20k." Parang siya pa na-disappoint? HAHA. Ganito na ba talaga fresh grads ngayon? Gusto Manager level sahod agad? Cmon be realistic naman! #HRLife #SalaryExpectations

30k is not a managerial salary, it’s an entry to mid level salary. I think that’s a fair asking.

Ako rin, fresh graduate. Laude, consistent dean’s lister, outstanding intern (100% rating), OJT experience is 6 months or 600 hours, and currently working on an international certification, at ginagalingan ko talaga kapag interview.

Can we NOT normalize na maging thankful sa maliit na sahod? Bakit kaya di nagiincrease ang salary kasabay ng mataas na bilihin?. Kung nagsettle kayo sa ganyan, its actually a wakeup call na magdemand more.

I do not know what field you are in. But this is very unprofessional, yes you can banter here, but to laugh here because of salary expectations is going really low. If you're max is 20k then you will get that 20k employee, if there is someone who wants more, politely reject them and move on. It's true that every employee should earn their pay. But do not attack their career because of low experience. In fact, those people in my experience have something to prove and are the best performers.

SG-12 ng Government is 32k+ (bare minimum for the Technical jobs) Yes, hindi kayo government, pero really? i-lo-lowball nyo mga fresh grad for what? for experience? Wala ng pupuntahan po ang 20k sa Pinas. And sa mga private companies, hindi kami nagttrabaho para payamanin kayo.
