Fresh grad ka, walang work experience = walang work? 😩
HR here. “Paano magkaka-experience kung walang gustong magbigay ng chance?” Simple lang, gamitin mo internships, freelance, volunteer work, o kahit thesis projects! Wag lang ilagay na “fresh grad,” ipakita mo skills mo at anong natutunan mo. Kahit part-time, basta may output, counted na rin yun! What are your other fresh grad struggles?

thanks for this helpful tip po akala ko din bawal ilagay yung OJT experience kasi di naman siya official pero pwede pala at counted as experience pala yun at may question po ako kung madalas po ba minimum wage lang offer sa fresh grads dami ko na kasing na-applayan wala man lang tumaas kahit onti sa min. wage huhu
