Voted on 3rd. Based on my experience as a former OFW for 16 yrs., Filipinos working in a different environment tend to move away from the "crab mentality" that is often associated with us. Sharing salary information with colleagues, especially fellow Filipinos, fosters a sense of pride in our culture, work and achievements abroad, rather than feeling jealous of others earning more. It encourages us to strive for the same success—or even greater knowing that we, too, can achieve more.

sharing information about your salary will create problems especially with your senior coworker. they will get jealous why your salary is higher than them when they have been working for years in the company.
