yes tingin kasi ng iba di ka stable ang impt. lang naman is well planned ang pag lipat o job hopping kasi totoo na pag mag apply ka sa iba with skills & experience is pwede ka na mag demand mga 2-3x from your previous salary and never disclose your real previous salary para di ka mabarat you have to negotiate at mas ok mag job hopping kesa ma stuck sa isa lang na mababa increase

Oo totoo yan sobra sana matagal ko na pala ginawa walang nagsabi sakin na wag mag stay 2-3 years sa isang company na walang salary growth kaya buti nakalipat na ako sa 2x offer ngayon at di siya toxic as long as maayos naman exit mo at wala kang gap mas questionable kasi yung gap kesa sa job hopping

Yes to this... I'm at this point na every yr ako lumilipat, and asking 10-30% increase every jump. higher pa din kesa sa yearly increase na usually 5-10% annually lang depende sa performance mo. I can chance up a company pa na 16 mos ang benefits (banks usually) but it not easy, lagi ka nasa learning stage, kahit pa confident ka sa skills which you can bring sa new company mo may learning curve talaga. So depende sayo kung ano i-ttrade off mo, salary vs expertise.
