Hi,
I’ve been working for this company na for almost a year already. Ever since I started my work dun sa company napansin ko na they’ve been given me task more than that I am earning. (underpaid but overworked.)
I just wanna ask if pano ko ba mababago yung sitwasyon ko?
How can I verbally demand for an increase ng di gaano demanding?
Should I look for other company na ba?
I am an introvert and di sanay mag demand kaya please, I really need your advice.

set boundaries and say no lang sa other tasks pero i understand minsan mahirap tumanggi pero you will tolerate lang din kasi kung tangap ka lang ng tangap at kung naka one year ka na try to raise your concern sa hr muna kahit chat lang for a raise kamo tapos list mo lang din bakit ka loaded na sa workload at kung wala silang clear reply sayo for an increase naku wala yan for sure kaya it's ok nalang to din to apply sa iba since andami mo ng naipon na experience din diyan sayang ka lang
