Sabi may raise after probation pero “budget constraints” daw. 5 years experience, may skills sa SEO, social media, at content creation. Question: Dapat ba akong maghanap ng bagong opportunity at mag-ask ng 40% increase, or mag-try mag-negotiate one last time? 😔

for me po, mas marami kasing jobless, if kaya mo pa po magtiis sa company mo w/out salary increase. then go for it. as long as okay naman po work environment mo. Isipin mo nalang, maraming nag aaspire na magkawork, like me, even marami na akong experiences puro contractual basis lang. ikaw kasi andyan ka na, salary increase nalang wait mo. so you have to wait than resign and seek another job. back to zero ka po ulit.
