NO REGRETS BEING A JOB HOPPER! Nag-start ako magtrabaho 2019, fresh grad, pero hindi ko talaga naisip na magiging job hopper ako. First job? 6 months, 18k/month. Second work, 2yrs, 28K. Third work, 1 month! Next, 8 months, 40K and so on. On to my 7th at first time ko sasahod ng ganito kalaki (100K). Hindi lahat ng trabaho panghabang-buhay, ‘di ba? 😂

Same tayo! Akala ko rin dati masama maging job hopper, pero ‘yun pala ang naging daan ko para mahanap yung tamang trabaho. From 15K to 80K in a few years worth it lahat ng paglipat!

I’m not saying na job hopper din ako. May mga pagkakataon kc na kahit gusto mo magstay sa company, sadyang toxic peeps keep pissing you off at the fullest so u end up leaving but in my perspective there’s a growth professionally there di ko na maisa-isa. So In a nutshell, from 2015 ( 12k) after 10yrs, I made it 6x higher in 5 companies+generous HMO & other benefits/perks in different industries at masasabi kong job hopping in a positive note, you will find the best fit based on your preferences.

Agree! But ang mga HR here sa Philippines sine streotype yung mga madaming companies na pinaggalingan especially yung mga inexperienced HR for initial interview. Yung parang jinajudge ka bakit 2 years kalang here, and so. Weird lang ahaha
