My answer is A. Here's why: WFH just makes life easier. No commute, less spending on gas or transport, and way more flexibility for managing everything else outside of work. The GY shift isn’t for everyone, but if your body clock can handle it, it’s actually kind of nice. Quieter, less distractions, and you can really get stuff done. Plus, that 8% salary bump, when you factor in the money and time saved from not commuting, honestly feels like more. So yeah, A for me.

B! That 25% salary bump is hard to ignore. I’ll just turn the commute into podcast/self-dev time. 🧠💪

A all the way! Sleep schedule be damned 😅 I’d rather stay in my pajamas and avoid traffic than spend hours commuting

I'd go with C
It’s the best of both worlds. The hybrid setup gives you the flexibility of working from home for focus and work-life balance, while still getting the chance to collaborate face-to-face and build connections on-site — which can be great for career growth. The 10% salary bump is a decent win, and the 40-minute commute is manageable compared to an hour-long daily grind.

C for me! 🚗 A bit of a commute but I get the best of both worlds—flexibility and face time. Plus, 10% bump is still a win!

I'd choose the WFH option with the graveyard shift and 8% salary bump.
Why? Because time is priceless. Saving hours from commuting means more rest, more time with family, and more energy to excel at work or even build a side hustle. While the 25% bump is tempting, I’d rather earn a bit less but keep my sanity and flexibility.
The peace of mind from working at home especially after months of job hunting stress is worth more than a few extra pesos. 💻💡💪

If I had to choose based on general quality-of-life and work satisfaction, I'd say C) — it's the most balanced.

Honestly, C sounds the most balanced. I’d pick work-life balance over burnout any day. 😌

C) Hybrid, 40-minute commute, 10% salary bump.
I really enjoy this because sometimes you need to experience office feel vibes, wearing formal attire, chatting with your co-worker personally to know them better as team.
