Isang malaking scam ang work-life balance sa mga startup companies dito. Sabay-sabay ang priority, lahat urgent, at kailangan mo mag-multi task . Akala ko cool mag-work sa startup kasi casual wear lang, pero yung stress level pala ay pang-malakasan. Worth it pa ba ang "experience" kung kapalit naman nito ay grabeng anxiety tuwing Sunday night?
