Unpopular opinion: The "Backer System" is just a convenient excuse for mediocrity. 🚩
In my 3 years of working in the corporate world, I’ve never had to use a "Tito" or "Ninong" to get a seat at the table. Pure skills, pure hustle. 🤷
If your CV is getting rejected, maybe stop blaming the "system" and start looking at your portfolio?
