25 na 'ko. Ubos na resume ko kakapasa, pero laging ghosted. Yung iba, petiks lang pero hired agad kasi may "tito" sa loob. Sobrang nakaka-demotivate. Totoo ba na connections > skills na talaga sa Pinas? Sa mga nakalusot ng walang kapit, paano niyo ginalingan? Need ko lang ng proof na kaya pa.

Mahirap dyan is final interview most HR's won't update you regarding the progress ng application. Mas mabuti pa nga na may marecieve na rejection kaya mang-ghost sila.

Not really, ako kasi ang panlaban ko confidence, tiwala sa sarili and prayers. I was alone and from scratch talaga. Lakas ng loob pasa ng pasa walang backer backer or kakilala pero super thankful kay lord kasi ang layo na ng narating ko. From zero upto here from where am I now <3 just believe on your capabilities and pray lang.

Ganyan nangyayari sakin everytime na nag aapply ako. Ang dami kong set of skills and experience na fit for the job but sadly ang nakukuha is ung may referral kahit wala namang gaanong experience. Kapag nag shift naman ako ng ibang field hindi rin ako natatanggap dahil sa pinag-aralan at experience ko. Nanghihinayang sila. Hays hindi ko na alam saan ako lulugar.

I don't mind rejection haha, and for me referral has nothing to do sa pagbigay ng job offer or hnd ka natanggap dahil may mga backer sa loob ung iba. But yeah it happens, pero anu ba gusto mo matanggap dhil sa referral or matanggap because you're a match and you deserve it? Pag hindi ntanggap e di ok hanap ulet... makakatisod din tyo tiwala lang☝️

yung iba kasi mga bata ngayon walang tyga 2 or 3 or 5 aayaw na agad tapos choosy kaya hindi natatangap , kahit first job palang nila mantala kamo 2013 pagka grad ko halos 4 months ako nagantay nakailang interview ako sa 4 months lampas na siguro ng 30 pero natagap ako nagumpisa ko sa mababang sshod hngng ngayon medyo malaki na sahod ko nasa BPO INDUSTRY nako hnd agent , bookkeeper
